I have dealt with a chronic inflammatory disorder for the last 15 years. Throughout the years, I have had times that my Sacrum shifts, due to the inflammation pulling on the muscles and tendons. In these instances I am in extreme pain. I have tried taking meds, massage, yoga, rest, acupuncture, light activity, chiropractic work, and really anything you can think of. The last time I had this movement in my lower back, I was a patient of Dr. Erin Winter. She suggested I get multiple rounds of chiropractic work close together to get the sacrum in the correct position, and then come straight to her and get prolotherapy, I was willing to try anything. This has been the best thing I have done, two days later I was in no pain from the bone shift and I haven't had any negative side effects. It is totally worth the money and I will do it anytime my sacrum shifts again. I am very skeptical about things like this because in the last 15 years I have spent a lot of money on things that don't work, but this does!
